Returns & Exchanges

Dover Street Market offers a 14-day return window for all online orders, provided that items remain in their original, unworn condition with all designer tags and security seals intact. Please note that certain items, such as jewelry and intimate apparel, are final sale for hygiene reasons.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Log into your account or use the order tracker to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 14 days of receiving your delivery.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in the original designer packaging and shipping box, ensuring the RMA form is included inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Apply the pre-paid shipping label provided in your original order to the outside of the box, ensuring any previous delivery labels are fully covered.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at the designated courier collection point and retain your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed by our warehouse team.
